Our athletics programs offer a variety of activities to keep you active and healthy. From running to field events, there's something for everyone.

Our gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll find everything you need to stay in shape.

Schedule 1: Monday - Saturday, 8 AM - 9 AM

Schedule 2: Monday - Friday, 6 PM - 7 PM

Venue: Indoor Sports Hall/ Gym

Operations

    Certified trainers lead the aerobics and athletics sessions.

    Open to all club members.
